Systems Assessment
Complete a structured objective assessment of your rehabilitation systems and operations to uncover opportunities for improvement and establish a baseline for progress. The assessment explores six key areas: leadership visibility and oversight, rehabilitation workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, decision-making and accountability, data management, and operational efficiency. It also examines the time and effort spent on administrative processes and coordination. The findings help identify improvement opportunities, define priorities and track progress over time to evaluate Gameplan’s ongoing impact.
